The Avita 11 & 12 extended-range version equipped

Chairman of Changan Automobile, said that the extended-range version of Avita 11 and Avita 12 will be officially launched in September this year. The launch of the extended-range version provides consumers with more choices in power. At the same time, the extended-range version and pure electric version of Avita 07 will also enter the market in September.

The Avita 11 Extended Range will inherit the coupe SUV style of the pure electric version. The front face will continue to use a closed design, retaining the split C-shaped headlights on both sides, which is very distinctive. The design connected to the black lower grille below further enhances its avant-garde feel. In addition, the hidden door handles, through-type LED taillights, and sail-style active lifting tail wing will all be retained.

The overall appearance of the Avita 12 Extended Range will follow the main design style of the current model. It is worth mentioning that the air intake below the closed grille of the new car is decorated with a new mesh element to enhance its recognition.

In terms of body size, the Avita 11 extended-range version has a length, width, and height of 4895/1970/1601mm and a wheelbase of 2975mm, while the Avita 12 extended-range version has a length, width, and height of 5020/1999/1460 (1450) mm and a wheelbase of 3020mm, which is similar to the pure electric version. In terms of power, the new cars will use lithium iron phosphate batteries and be equipped with a 1.5T range extender with a maximum power of 115kW and a peak power of 231kW for the drive motor.

Looking back at the Avita 07, the new car is positioned as a medium-sized SUV. The appearance of the new car still inherits the family design DNA and applies the Avita family’s “Future Elegance” design concept. Depending on the power configuration, the pure electric version adopts an active grille structure, while the extended-range version is equipped with a conventional grid-shaped center grille. The taillights of the new car do not adopt the common through-type taillight design, but a simpler horizontal strip taillight. In terms of body size, the length, width, and height of the Avita 07 are 4825 / 1980 / 1620 mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2940 mm.
