Changan fourth-generation CS75 PLUS
Changan’s fourth-generation CS75 PLUS officially rolled off the production line at Changan’s smart factory in Hefei. The new car has been upgraded in both appearance and interior, adopting a rotating hidden door handle design + the same hand-gear design as luxury cars. In terms of power, it will be equipped with a 1.5T engine and is expected to be launched in October this year.
At the event, Changan Automobile Executive Vice President Ye Pei announced that the fourth-generation CS75 PLUS officially rolled off the production line and launched a 1,000-kilometer long-distance test with one tank of fuel. Ye Pei put forward strict requirements for this first test: “The 1,000-kilometer long-distance test must be carried out under the conditions of free air conditioning, unlimited speed, and multiple people traveling.”
In terms of appearance, the new car adopts the design concept of vertical and horizontal, with a borderless large-size inverted trapezoidal design for the front grille, supplemented by a dot matrix structure inside, and the overall arrangement is in a “V” shape. At the same time, the car is also equipped with left and right through-type light strips, which conform to the current mainstream design scheme. In terms of body size, the new car is 4770mm1910mm1695 (1705) mm in length, width, and height, and the wheelbase is 2800mm.
In terms of interior, the new car adopts zero-gravity seats with sports car-style wrapping seat design, equipped with leg rests and integrated sleeping headrests. The cockpit instrument panel, door panels, B-pillars, and other areas that can be touched and felt when riding are all wrapped in leather. The overall skin-friendly covering design of the cockpit interior exceeds 78%, and velvety suede fabrics are used in large areas such as door panels and the area below the central control screen, which further upgrades the touch.
It is worth mentioning that the triple screens can perform their respective functions and interact with each other. In addition, in terms of material selection, the new car adopts a combination design of NAPPA textured leather fabric, suede, and wood grain finish, which has a certain sense of luxury.
In terms of intelligent driving, the new car is equipped with an L2 intelligent cruise assist system as standard, integrating 11 intelligent driving functions such as intelligent cruise assist, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, etc. The APA5.0 valet parking + parking space memory assistant is a boon for novice drivers, supporting one-touch parking inside and outside the car, 50-meter tracking reverse, parking space memory assistant, 540° driving image, and other functions.
In terms of power, the car will be equipped with the new Blue Whale engine, and the entire series is equipped with Aisin 8AT as standard. The 1.5T engine model can achieve a power output of 310N·m at a low-speed torque of 1500rpm; the liter torque is 206.7N·m/L; the maximum power is 141kW, the maximum liter power is 94kW/L, the acceleration from 0 to 100 km only takes 7.9s, and the comprehensive fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is as low as 6.89L.
