Porsche recently announced the interior of the new pure electric Macan, as well as information such as power and battery. The car will be equipped with a co-pilot screen for the first time, built on the PPE platform, supporting 800V high-voltage fast charging, and the high-performance version can complete zero-to-hundred acceleration in 4 seconds.

The interior layout of the new pure electric Macan is similar to that of the new Panamera that was just released, and the cockpit adopts the latest generation of digital design concepts.

Among them, the 10.9-inch co-pilot entertainment screen appears on the Macan model for the first time, paired with a 12.6-inch full digital instrument panel and a 10.9-inch central control screen, creating a sense of technology for the front cockpit.


At the same time, the driver will be equipped with a large AR HUD system in front of him, which can display real-time navigation, vehicle speed, road speed limit, and other driving information.

A new air-conditioning control panel and a new style of air outlet are designed below the central control screen, and a newly designed gear lever is added to give the entire front interior a stronger overall feel.

In addition, the car system is built on the Android platform, which has better compatibility and scalability; many programs can be installed and updated through the Porsche APP Center, including games, home assistants, car maps, etc. After being introduced to China in the future, the car system will be localized and upgraded according to the usage habits of Chinese users.
100 degree battery with different power


The new pure electric Macan series is equipped with a 100kWh battery pack as standard, which can provide a range of 500km under WLTC conditions (when introduced into the domestic market in the future, the range will be close to 700km under CLTC conditions).


Thanks to the advantages of the PPE pure electric platform, the entire new pure electric Macan series supports 800V high-voltage fast charging, with the fastest charging power of 270kW; and provides a “combined charging function”, which “splits” the battery pack into 2 pieces to adapt to 400V charging piles.



At the same time, the new pure electric Macan high-performance version has a power parameter of 612 horsepower and 1,000 Nm and can complete 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4 seconds.
More powerful chassis
The chassis and electronic systems of the new pure electric Macan have been fully upgraded and equipped with a rear-wheel steering system.

Among them, the front suspension adopts a double wishbone suspension with a strut link, and the rear suspension adopts a multi-link suspension, which is connected to the body through an elastically mounted subframe.


High-end models also come with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), an electronically controlled differential lock on the rear axle.

At the same time, the rear-wheel steering system can achieve a maximum steering angle of 5 degrees, and the rear wheels turn in the opposite direction to the front wheels when the speed is below 80km/h.
The appearance will still be very recognizable
The prototype of the new pure electric Macan has been unveiled, and its design is very close to the final production version.


Among them, the upper part of the split headlight group is an LED daytime running light with four horizontal lines, while the high and low beam lights are hidden in the lower part.

The taillight group adopts a sharper shape and a through-type design, located below the hidden rear wing.

At the same time, the fastback body design makes the vehicle still dynamic; the front and rear fenders expand outwards and enhance the power of the body.
