The new Mercedes-Benz Vito with updated interior and exterior

Recently, I learned that the new Mercedes-Benz Vito has arrived at dealers. The new car has been updated and upgraded in terms of exterior and interior design, power system, etc., and provides 7-seat, 8-seat, and 9-seat seat layouts. For reference, the official guide price of the 2023 Mercedes-Benz.

The new Mercedes-Benz Vito is a conventional facelift version, and some exterior design details are different from the 2023 model. Among them, the outline of the new Mercedes-Benz Vito’s air intake grille has become wider, enclosing the license plate installation area, and the three-spoke chrome decoration is also present. On this basis, the front surround of the new Mercedes-Benz Vito has been redesigned, and the front lip integrates an integrated shovel-shaped structure, but the shape of the headlight group has not changed, and the interior still uses halogen light sources.

The side and rear styling of the new Mercedes-Benz Vito is basically the same as the 2023 model, with a sliding door design, and supports 17-inch rims and 235/55 R17 tires. In addition, the new Mercedes-Benz Vito continues to be equipped with a longitudinally arranged rear taillight group, and the exhaust pipe adopts a hidden layout. The design of the entire rear looks somewhat elegant. In terms of body size, the length, width, and height of the new Mercedes-Benz Vito are still 5370/1928/1880 mm, and the wheelbase is 3430 mm.

In terms of interior, the dashboard of the new Mercedes-Benz Vito has been reconstructed, the newly designed central air-conditioning outlet is integrated with chrome decoration, and the button layout below the central control screen has also been adjusted. In addition, the new Mercedes-Benz Vito is also equipped with a new style of round multi-function steering wheel, and the interior feels more upscale than the 2023 model on sale.

It is understood that the new Mercedes-Benz Vito continues to offer three-seat layouts. Among them, the 7-seat version adopts a 2+2+3 seat format, provides functions such as electric adjustment/heating of the main driver’s seat, and has integrated sliding rails in the rear row to adapt to different vehicle usage scenarios. As for more configuration information, it remains to be further announced by the official.

In terms of power, the information shows that the new Mercedes-Benz Vito will be equipped with a 2.0T inline four-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 170 kilowatts, and the transmission system is matched with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Referring to the new Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which has already started pre-sale, the new Mercedes-Benz Vito is also expected to add a 48-volt ISG motor system. In comparison, the 2023 Mercedes-Benz Vito on sale uses a combination of a 2.0T inline four-cylinder engine and a 9-speed automatic transmission, with a maximum power of 155 kilowatts and a peak torque of 350 Nm.

In the domestic market, Mercedes-Benz Vito’s competitors will include the Buick GL8, GAC Trumpchi M8, GAC Toyota Sienna, and other models of the same level. According to public data, the sales volume of Mercedes-Benz Vito in July this year was 1,200 units, which shows that there is still a lot of room for improvement. So, what do you think of the new Mercedes-Benz Vito? What is the price that will become your priority? Welcome to leave a comment.
